The Finch Ceylon Hot Sauce is a delectably intense medley of exotic ingredients native to South Asia; but what makes this hot sauce quintessentially Sri Lankan -the star of the show- is the Sri Lankan ghost pepper, Nai Miris.

Named after the sharp sting of the King Cobra, this chilli is grown and cultivated in the cooler regions of the island, and as it makes its way to the production of our Ceylon Hot Sauce, its distinctive flavour leaves no room for artificial additives – packing a wholly unadulterated punch to your stir fry, marinades, dips, sandwiches, and even salads.
